At checkout, please use the ‘Customisation Details’ field to clearly describe how you’d like your product customised. This is your opportunity to provide all the necessary instructions, as our team will not reach out for further clarification unless something important is missing.
If you forgot to provide your customisation details, don’t worry — we’ll follow up via email before preparing your order.
If needed, you can also share reference images or specific instructions via email. We handle them with the same attention and care as the details you enter on our website.
However, this may delay preparation slightly, so we highly recommend adding all the details during checkout or responding with them in the confirmation email you receive after payment.
If no customisation details are provided, you will receive the product as it is in the product image.
